The two letters are sent with a time delay. Once you have received both letters, first set up the S-pushTAN-App again.
To do this, follow the instructions under “Reset the S-pushTAN-App during reinstallation“. During the resetting process, enter your login name and online banking PIN from the registration letter. Change the online banking PIN for security reasons.
You can then log in with your login name and the newly assigned online banking PIN.
